Business Developer (SaaS Platform)

We're looking for a driven Business Developer to build and own PreCognise's sales engine in Bangladesh across both B2B (universities, HR intermediaries, enterprises, government bodies) and B2C (individual candidates, job seekers, professionals) channels. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a script and a lead list. You'll be defining our sales activation strategy from the ground up - figuring out what works, testing it, and scaling it. What You'll Do

• Build and execute PreCognise's sales activation strategy from scratch - for both B2B institutional/enterprise sales and B2C individual-user acquisition.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing Identify and close partnerships with universities, colleges, HR intermediaries, enterprises, and government bodies
• Drive B2C growth by converting individual candidates and professionals into active platform users through direct outreach, campus activation, community engagement, and creative grassroots tactics
• Experiment relentlessly: test channels, messaging, and offers to find what actually converts in the Bangladesh market : then double down on what works.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, and be accountable for revenue and activation targets
• Craft pitches, proposals, and commercial structures tailored to different buyer types (institutional vs. individual)
• Represent PreCognise at events, campus activations, industry meetups, and partner meetings
• Work directly with the founding team by shaping go-to-market strategy, not just executing someone else's.
